Programs and initiatives that bring culture to life
At CasArt Foundation, our work is rooted in creating spaces where culture is experienced, shared, and passed on to future generations.
Through dance, art, and community-driven initiatives, we provide opportunities for individuals and families to connect with their heritage while engaging in creative expression.
Folkloric Dance
Mexican Folkloric Dance Classes
CasArt Foundation offers folkloric dance instruction open to all ages and levels in Pontiac, Michigan.
Led by Luly del Real, this program includes the dance groups Joyas de México and Matices, which represent the foundation and cultural heart of the organization. Participants learn traditional dances from different regions of Mexico while building confidence, discipline, and a strong connection to cultural identity.
Art Workshops

CasArt Foundation offers art workshops led by a skilled group of volunteers.
These workshops provide hands-on experiences in painting, Mexican arts and crafts, cartonería, embroidery, knitting, papier-mâché, musical instruction, and photography.
Through these activities, participants explore creativity while connecting with cultural traditions in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
