Luly del Real

Executive Leadership CEO, Artistic Director & Founder

Born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico, Luly del Real earned a bachelor’s degree in visual arts from the School of Fine Arts and certification as a dance instructor from the Superior School of Dance of Chihuahua.

She has completed more than 500 hours of advanced training in Mexican traditional dance, and is certified by ANGF (National Association of Folkloric Groups USA) and various Mexican cultural organizations.

Luly is also an active member of the CHAMAN historians’ group, collaborating alongside anthropologists and researchers on the preservation of dances, traditions, and customs of Mexican ethnic groups.

She holds a master’s degree in kinesiology and advanced certifications in health and nutrition sciences from Michigan State University, where she taught from 2007 to 2021. She also completed specialized studies in interdisciplinary artistic production at the University of Málaga, Spain.

In 2006, Luly founded Joyas de México Ballet Folklórico to preserve Mexican heritage and strengthen cultural identity through dance. She later founded Matices, an adult folkloric ensemble focused on family cultural preservation.

Luly also founded CasArt Foundation, creating a safe and inclusive space dedicated to artistic and cultural development.
